The fixLink SL RJ45 Keystone module is an RJ45 jack module of cutting-edge quality. It can be assembled in less than a minute. The freely accessible contact zone ensures perfect assembly, which in turn guarantees top transmission performance.

For a 360° shielding contact it is only necessary to snap-lock the integrated wedge. The time consuming use of a strain relief is obsolete. The special contact geometry in connection with a 50μ'' gold coating ensures 4PPoE according to IEEE 802.3bt in all applications.

The casing is made of nickel-plated die-cast tin and meets the highest mechanical and environmental requirements. In connection with the customisable module receptacle it can be combined with different switch design series. The top-of-the-line quality level of the fixLink SL Keystone module is rounded off by certificates awarded from independent testing laboratories.

The H.D.S. copper trunk cable has been designed for rack-to-rack connections and for connecting consolidation points.

The pre-terminated solution with RJ45 connections over trunk cable is designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet transmissions and meets class EA according to ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173. The cables are pre-terminated with 6-port H.D.S. modules on both sides and are available in customisable lengths up to 60 metres.

With the integrated signal LEDs the other end of the line can be easily located during operation.

The extended Schrack product portfolio in the network technology segment provides you with a range of new and innovative patchpanels. Beginning with the 19" panel with 0.5 U for 24 modules and including the module carrier 19", 3 U for 72 modules. The angled panel series, which effectively helps you with your cable management, rounds off the product portfolio.

LED patchcords have been specifically designed for use in offices, industry and data centres. Their robust cable structure and layout ensure that only brute force can interfere with their electrical transmission parameters. The combined shielding used (PiMF + braided 65% shielding) in connection with the 360° shielded RJ45 connectors provides highest-grade data reliability.

The patented method for easy connector allocation additionally increases operating performance. It is nearly impossible to accidentally unplug these patchcords. As soon as one side of the patchcord is connected to the detector both RJ45 blocks are optically stimulated and start to glow.

The function assignment can be added later by attaching colour-codes. For automatic network detection it is possible to retrofit an RFID later.

FO Patchcords Used as Connector or Adaptor Cables

By default connector cables are crossed-over. In the case of SC / LC Duplex it is possible to cross over the connectors afterwards. Fibre optic LED patchcords have been specifically designed for use in offices, industry and data centres.

Their cable structure and layout ensure that the optical transmission parameters provide the highest level of data reliability. The patented method for easy allocation of the patchcord ends additionally increases operating performance. It is nearly impossible to accidentally unplug these patchcords.

As soon as one side of the patchcord is connected to the detector both ends are electrically stimulated and start to glow. The FO LED patchcord can be ordered with all common fibre optic connectors.
