Level Monitoring Relays

With Schrack Technik level monitoring relays it is possible to reliably monitor also conductive liquids. Some system requires the filling level of a liquid to be precisely monitored. Our relays combined with our filling level sensors ensure optimum monitoring precision. They also allow to accurately monitor the mixing ratio of liquids, which guarantees constant mixing quantities and optimum conditions in your system.

Series 5 Level Monitoring Relay

The Series 5 relays from Schrack Technik monitor the filling levels of conductive liquids. Their tripping delay can be individually adjusted (time settings from 0.5 s to 10 s) and they include a release delay (time between 0.5 s and 10 s). Operation options are:

• Pump up: Also called minimum monitoring. After the expiration of the previously defined tripping delay, the level monitoring relay switches to on when the filling level of the liquid falls below a defined minimum value.

• Pump down: Also called maximum monitoring. After the expiration of the previously defined tripping delay, the level monitoring relay switches to on when the filling level of the liquid rises above a defined maximum value.

Series 6 Level Monitoring Relay

Unlike Series 5, the Series 6 is not available in in-line design. It is available in industrial design and equipped with two COs.

• Level adjustment in pump control systems

• Level monitoring in liquid starters
