E-Invoices

Permissions in the Online Shop

As Admin user you can see and set the following user permissions in the section "Manage Accounts". Get transparent shopping, save time and money with those individual permissions, which you can set your colleagues.

Administrator

The Administrator owns all permissions in the Schrack Technik Online Shop. An Administrator may create and administrate any number of user accounts!

Edits customer data*
Manages user accounts: adds, deletes, changes employee and staff user accounts
Assigns additional administrators**
Sees company-specific purchase price
Edits shipping addresses
Submits purchase orders

*Note: Please be advised that we must receive changes of the company name or the invoice address in writing

**Note: There must be at least one administrator for every company account

Buyer

The Buyer owns all permissions to submit a purchase order and to use the Schrack Technik Tools.

Sees company-specific purchase price
Has access to the Schrack Technik Tools
Edits shipping addresses
Submits purchase orders

Estimator

The Estimator sees all personalised data and the personalised prices, but is not allowed to submit purchase orders.

Sees company-specific purchase price
Has access to the Schrack Technik Tools
Edits shipping addresses
Not allowed to submit purchase orders

Project Planner

The major advantage of the Project Planner role is to make available the benefits of the Online Shop to all employees without them seeing the personalised customer-specific prices.

Sees only Web Shop prices, no customer-specific prices
Not allowed to submit purchase orders
May put products on Parts Lists
Has access to the Schrack Technik Tools
Sees documents in the "My Account" section but with the prices hidden
May use the Datanorm download but sees only Web Shop prices displayed
