LevelOne´s FSW-0503 is a 4-port Fast Ethernet PoE + 1-port Fast Ethernet Uplink Switch. Per PoE port a maximum of 15.4W is provided, the total PoE power is 61.6W. This switch is an ideal solution for WLAN networks (access points) and IP monitoring systems. The switch automatically detects connected 802.3af-compliant devices and provides the necessary power via Cat.5 cable. The FSW-0503 has a compact design so that it can also be used optimally in areas with little space. They also have the option of using several FSW-0503(-Z) in the 19" POC-6000 housing to provide a highly professional PoE solution.

Stable and economical
Network The FSW-0503 enables the creation of a stable and economical network environment. It supports store-and-forward architecture, packet error filtering and non-blocking packet forwarding. 802.3x and Backpressure Flow Control operate in full and half duplex mode. N-Way auto-negotiation is also supported to detect network speed and duplex mode.
