The 4 input ports of the Monitoring Leakage AM Box can be used to connect detection cables in 2m, 10m and 15m steps (cascaded) and thus monitor areas. The maximum cascadable length for detection cables is 85m per individual port. Areas that do not have liquid-carrying pipes, vessels or similar can be bridged with an inexpensive two-wire cable (SR4MP00007, max. 100m). The total length for non-detectable and detectable lengths is 185m per port. The Monitoring Leakage AM Box can communicate with the Monitoring CU B (LTE) / CU FF (LTE) units either via WIFI (5V power supply unit additionally required) or via Ethernet interface. Monitoring Leakage AM Box can also be operated as a stand-alone network-capable control unit, which makes it possible to send alarms via e-mail or SNMP traps. For direct connection to CU B (LTE) / CU FF (LTE) units, the monitoring connection cable (SR4MP00006) is required.
