•Material: Frame: 1.5 mm sheet steel. Doors: Single door and double door: 2 mm sheet steel. Rear, roof and side panels: 1.5 mm sheet steel
•Mounting plate: 3 mm galvanised sheet steel. Double folded, mounted in the enclosure, fully adjustable in depth in 25 mm increments with the ACMPD002 accessory.
As insertion aid of the mounting plate we recommend the use of slide-in rails ACCLT400 (for depth 400 mm), ACCLT500 (for depth 500 mm), ACCLT600 (for depth 600 mm) and ACCLT800 (for depth 800 mm). The slide-in rails are inserted in the floor, after sliding and fixing of the mounting plate they can be removed and reused in the next enclosure
•Bottom plates: 1 mm galvanised sheet steel, consists of
- two-part bottom plate at depths 400 and 500 mm,
- three-part bottom plate at depth 600 mm and
- four-part bottom plate at depth 800 mm
•Frame: Folded and seam welded reversed open profile with 25 mm hole pattern according to DIN 43660. Including integrated external hole pattern
•Door: On single door enclosures door is mounted on four double-sided hinges allowing left- or right-hand opening. On double door enclosures, hinges are not reversible. Doors for left-hand opening have to be ordered separately. All door panels including the door mounting frame with 25 mm hole pattern. The left Z-wing is locked separately with an inner three-point lock
•Lock: Four-point rod lock with push-pull handle with spring adjustment and 5 mm DIN double-bit key lock (DDB), does not slide inward. The standard lock can be exchanged for profile half cylinder (DIN cylinder) and other inserts from the range of accessories. Double doors are designed with a left-side inner pivot lever
•Rear panel: Mounted with M6 torx screws. Replacement against additional door from the back side is possible. For 1600 mm wide enclosures the rear panel is divided
•Side panels: ACSW… supplied in pairs as accessory. Mounting mark visible on the side of the frame profile
•Roof panel: Removable
•Earthing: All panels are earthed through their fittings and are equipped with a separate earthing stud

In 400 mm wide enclosures a mounting plate, bottom plates and door frame are not included
