All cable entries in the IP54 enclosu2re DSI must be sealed against dust and moisture. Moisture entering the climate-controlled enclosure can condense, damage the installed components or freeze in the air conditioning unit. This can damage the air conditioning unit and put it out of operation. A flange plate for cable entry is therefore included in the scope of delivery of every DSI enclosure and is also available as a separate spare part.
