Indoor sports halls are a meeting place for a wide variety of different forms of exercise - from fast-paced ball sports such as handball, volleyball or basketball to athletics, gymnastics or school sports. The lighting must therefore meet a wide range of requirements: It should make fast movements visible in all directions, enable precise orientation and consistently avoid shadows and glare. Flicker-free light is also crucial in order not to tire the eye and impair reaction times.
