Modul 2000TT is a state-of-the-art, partly pre-configured control panel system tested according to IEC/EN 61439 for applications from 630 to 1600 A.
The input panels are tested and equipped with permanently installed size MC4 circuit breakers. The output panels are type tested with LV HBC in-line fuse switches, size 00 to 3.

Partially pre-assembled ACB panels come with the main busbar and the connection to the circuit-breaker already mounted.
These panels are manufactured and tested according to the EN 61439 standard, so you need not carry out the heat and short-circuit calculations yourself.
The matching covers are also included, which prevents accidental contact with the live parts.
To complete the installation, you only need to install the appropriate circuit breaker.
Optionally, the panel can be equipped with metering devices and a surge arrester.

When selecting the circuit-breaker for your application, be careful to match the cable type and rating as well as the overall equipment and system protection.
Partially pre-assembled LV HRC outgoing panels come with the main busbar already mounted. Also, the mounting holes for HRC in-line fuse switches are already drilled with the appropriate pitch, and fitted with insert press nuts for effortless completion of the installation. These panels are manufactured and tested according to standard EN 61439, so you need not carry out all the calculations yourself.
The matching covers are also included, which prevents accidental contact with the live parts. The panels can be equipped with in-line fuse switches size 00 to size 03 depending on the requirements.

The optional profile system inserts, consisting of front panels and side panels, prevent contact with live parts.

The earth connection between the enclosure and the front panels is established by the Modul 2000TT die-cast latch.
There are recesses provided for HRC in-line fuse switches or a circuit breaker.
Front panels with fan system ensure optimum convection cooling within the enclosure.
Expert tip: According to EN 61439, all metallic parts of an electrical distribution board enclosure must be connected to the protective earth. The Modul 2000TT enclosure system ensures this safe protective earth connection by fitting the profile system inserts with an innovative metal die-cast latch.
Empty module spaces, e.g. HRC in-line fuse switches can be covered with blinds (ISA05357--).
