Since SCHRACK TECHNIK reverted back to being an independent Austrian company, we have been working at high speed to realign the company to an Austrian client base. The new SCHRACK LOGISTICS CENTRE is located on the B17 at Guntramsdorf. You cannot miss it - the outside of the building is covered with the SCHRACK DESIGN providing a glimpse of the 7 product ranges which are handled inside the logistics centre: Energy technologies, Light systems, Industrial products, Cables and Lines, Plant engineering, Building systems technology and Network technology. ”Our logistical aim is to optimise product availability for our Austrian customers. One way of doing so is with high stock levels and quick movement of goods within the Logistics Centre at Guntramsdorf, another one is to ensure decent product availability when picking up from our regional outlets. This contrasts sharply with the general trend towards a philosophy of centralised product warehouses. Today, companies such as ours with a huge range of products must be able to know exactly where the needs of our customers are.“
